  Came here on a Sunday, and being British I wanted something that reminded me of a Sunday dinner at home. I ordered the stuffed Yorkshire pudding for $14 and loved it. The Yorkshire pudding of course wasn't as good as the ones at home, but it was close enough. The dish had a lot of flavor and was just what I wanted to finish the week off. The atmosphere was great and the service was great. At one point the server accidentally spilt cider on me after knocking my glass, and I got another cider for free and a lot of apologies. I'd go back again for sure.

  Delicious food and very reasonably priced. This restaurant has great service and a comfortable, casual environment. Great place for dates/work meetings to causal get togethers. I've never had an issue and would consider this place one of my top 3 places to eat in Winnipeg.

  Our first waiter was great. He sat us right away and got us our drinks soon after. He also suggested a few nice things from the menu to us. Then our friends were sat at a different table and we decided to join them. There waiter was not as friendly. She plainly asked what we all wanted and when asked for suggestions by one of our friends she answered with "Well, everything's good so whatever you like". Not a bad answer just kind of generic and as though they had no interest in anything particular the place makes.
  
  TLDR: Tasty food, decent wait staff and plenty of seating.

  Food is consistently good. Best deep fried pickles in town. No complaints about the staff. Decent prices plus pretty good happy hour deals.

  Was there twice on two consecutive days while at meetings. The first meal at dinner was steak & chips and it was excellent. The kitchen started on it so fast it came before I finished my salad. Steak grilled as specified, fries were crisp, service was fast and friendly.
  Meal two was at lunch, had castle club turkey sandwich with poutine. Turkey sandwich was excellent, poutine was great though it could have used more cheese. Service was fast and friendly the second time as well. My experience was fantastic, will definitely be back.
