  The lineup system here is confusing and the floor manager was barking orders at her staff right in front of customers. Poor management but otherwise they're fine.

  They made me the wrong order, which is okay. Until, I contaced the manager and told him what happened. I went the next morning and spoke to him to be accused I wasn't there at that time and I was told he checked the cameras. . well EXCUSE me. My time may have been off a bit, but I'm a regular customer EVERY DAY. How insulting and rude.
  Not to mention your arguing and accusing a customer infront of people? Im sorry, but I have taken my business elsewhere every morning now.
