  The food was quick, the service was mediocre/negative. I had to repeat my order a few times and they still put it to go instead of to stay. The inside of the restaurant was covered in garbage, trays and leftovers, leaving no clean places to sit, and the five staff on shift out front were not swamped with customers. Two female staff members wandered aimlessly while the other three were busy taking and making orders.

  I'm not a big fan of their coffee and they don't put a lot of effort into their food. I like a bagel and cream cheese and it's often not spread properly, forcing me to do it myself. Bagles can also be toasted a bit more so they're.. You know, toasted when you ask for it toasted.
