  The men washroom was out of service..it was not clean in the rest of place .they have no ice cubes. My experience at A a W was not good .other places give out pop refills this place didn't. And I never complain. I rather go to mc Donalds

  The service at this location is horrible. Very slow meal was barely warm when we did get our food. Lots of mistakes in the orders that we placed and orders from previous customers as well. It took 20 minutes to get 3 chicken strips, 1 Hamburger and 2 drinks.

  I like the idea of no hormones and steroids, but there also needs to be quality. I had a Mama burger, fries and coffee. The burger tasted like it was cooked earlier and reheated, the coffee was more that 20 minutes old as it has a burnt bitter taste. At least the fries and catsup was good. I have eaten at A&W before with better results.

  No frosted mugs at an A&W is not acceptable. This place is a 1 minute walk from my house. When my wife and I want a Teen Burger we usually drive 3 miles to the next closest A&W. That is what we think of this location. The time before this last visit we walked out because it was so dirty.
