  Hi Lisa, I wanted to express my disappointment during our visit at your location on Sunday, Mother's Day. We were a party of 13 from several households. Eating out is not new event to us so we are quite familiar with service and food quality.
  The service did not meet our expectations for a higher end restaurant. Our waitress was less than enthusiastic in serving us. Beverage refills were not attended to promptly. Her phone seemed to be more important than serving her guests.
  The food quality was less than to be expected. The quantity of the food did not match the price. Folks in our party left hungry therefore. Those who paid the bill were disappointed in paying a bill when the members in their party were not satisfied in both quality and quantity.
  You missed the mark on a very special day for half of the party members.

  love everything about earls.. go there alot for that reason.. EXCEPT
  kids in the lounge is happening alot, like ive seen babies in there, 5,8,10,12,15 yrs old.. since when are kids allowed in the lounge..? i DONT like it..

  Been here 4 times. Really enjoy it. Good food good service. Only 4 stars though as the last time the food wasn't the greatest but still had great service.
