  The service is great, however really over priced for what it is. 8$ for a small caesar salad and 10$ to add chicken. The food tasted great, really enjoyed the croutons. Although I probably wouldn't order it again for the small amount you get.

  Their food is hit and miss and they treat meal plan students very poorly. Food is unnecessarily expensive ($6 for popcorn was my personal favourite) and often wrong or not cooked properly. Once, a dining mate of mine ordered a medium rare steak and received a blue steak - very unappetizing if that's not what you wanted!
  
  Elements isn't all bad though, they have lovely gluten free and vegetarian options and are very accommodating for such dietary preferences.

  I used to eat here all the time when I had a meal card and it was all I could afford for a break from cafeteria food. Which was too bad since it's essentially the same stuff but more expensive and I have to deal with some inexperienced college student server messing up my order.
  On several occasions I received the wrong food, forgotten order, or was straight up ignored by waitstaff. I'd say the only redeeming features are the food is good i.e. consistent breakfast and decent pastas and sandwiches.
