  After my classes a few weeks ago I came there to get something to eat with some colleges..
  I came there waited outside till 4.30 when they open at 4.00. I waited outside then when the manager came he needed till 5.00 to get ready.
  They made me wait outside they said they couldn't let me inside it was -40c.
  I ordered my pizza and something else.
  I waited 45min.... when I came back to get it..
  They said they gave it to somebody else by mistake..they make another the Coworker drops it..... I finally get my pizza at 7.30pm
  Really good pizza but bad service and coustumer treatment.
  I've been a Gondola customer for a few Year....
  I don't think il be stopping there lately again.
  
  Only gave 2stars cause of the good food
  If it was about customers service 0stars

  Called order in at 530 for pickup at 630. Didn't get order until 710. Then both pizzas were overcooked - cheese was frazzled .

  This is the best Gondola Pizza location in Winnipeg. The pizza is great with affordable pricing. The pizza is top notch and consistent for the price. You won't find fancy over top pizza here but it is the traditional quality that keeps bringing is back. If you like extra thin crust pizza then this is the place to go.

  All around great experience. Great family environment. Take the kids here every Sunday. So far no complaints, kitchen is a hit greasy but I'm not complaining

  Food was delivered quickly, driver was friendly. Price was good. Pizza and Greek salad was below average in taste and quality. Nothing memorable about the food. We were looking for a change from a local pizza place but won't order Gondola again.
