  We decided to eat @ KFC mothers day evening. Very busy, 45 min. Wait For our order. We cleaned our own table as well. Floors very messy. Food was good when it finally came. We watched cars steady going thru, drive through, while we waited for 45 min.

  I have never been to a fast food restaurant with such helpful friendly staff. The food was the same as any other KFC/Taco Bell would be, but the service and attitude of the staff prompted me to write a review.

  Brutal, an hour late again!!! Been ordering for over 40 years from West Portage locations and never had such terrible service as this locale in the past 3 years.

  One star only because I had to. SLOW, often wrong and was even told, more than once, when I asked for all white meat in the bucket, that they couldn't do that. When questioned further, they said they didn't have enough chicken to accommodate my order. Once - ok, more than once - get better at having chicken on hand when you're a chicken place! Stopped ordering from KFC all together as a result. Not that I keep their business afloat, but my orders almost always exceeded the $100 mark.

  Ridiculous restaurant. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver my food so I call them...Driver answers the phone and says he couldn't find my house. I literally live directly off of Portage. The easiest house to find. It's in the exact same spot the restaurant would be off of portage.
  
  They said they would bring my order A.S.A.P while other employees laughed in the background. I told them to cancel the order, go #$@# themselves, and I would be making a formal complaint. Restaurants like these need to be boycotted. It's ridiculous they stay in business.
