  I'm being generous by giving this location 1 star. The "customer service" at this location is appalling.

  If I could give less then one star then I absolutely would. I spend my hard earned money to be served to by some crabby little people who sneer at people they don't deem worthy of their customers service. The tables were dirty and it took a long time to get our take out. Asked for plates and cutlery for 5 and and got for 3, asked for hot sauce got ketchup. Little things to make me unsatisfied. Got home and served my hungry family only to realize that not only is the food undercooked but the fries were soggie. The chicken skin was grey and soggie but there was blood close to the bone. I don't live far so the fries wouldn't have been soggie if they had been fresh.
  Called KFC and I told them about what happen, they took my information. It's been more then 4 week and I still never heard from them.
  Just a terrible place.

  My family and I ordered an 18 piece family feast, with additional gravy, "doublicious" sandwiches and a 2L of pop, and I have never been so underwhelmed in my life for take out. Delivery took over an hour, 2L is warm, fries were lukewarm and very, obviously stale from sitting too long. The chicken itself was literally soggy, and our macaroni salads were borderline runny. 1 star rating is far too gracious for the meal we recieved tonight and we definitely will not be ordering from KFC ever again.
