  Never had an issue with any Little Ceaser until this location. Spoke with staff member named Kyle he was unbelievably rude to my Wife. First time it happened he even added on charges that were later corrected by the manager Carla. As they apologised and assured us there would no longer be a problem we returned. Happens as though Kyle was working again this time there was no unnecessary additional charges in fact my Wife just decided to go to another little ceaser and surprisingly no troubles at the recent location. Contacted management again we where offered a free meal, sober decided to try one last time. Once more Kyle was working this time you could see how hard he strained to hold back his attitude and at times it would cone through gritted teeth. My wife thanked him and used his name, and he started accusing her of attitude among other things. So my Wife contacted management again and this time Carlas response is that the owners do not want her to return.
  
  If you are curious her request was for extra parmesan on her crazy bread.
  
  I would advise staying clear from this place, the owner cares not if you have a complaint about service. Apparently considers customers to be a bother.
  
  Worst run little ceaser or any restaurant I have ever seen.

  Most of the staff here are really great
  However recently I have had to deal with one of their front counter staff who is just terrible. He is rude, condescending, and has routinely overcharged me when I purchased food. Despite making complaints SEVERAL times to management, and receiving apologies and refunds, he continues to work there. Last week I went in for a replacement meal owed to me because of this employees attitude, when he proceeded to insult me AGAIN. My husband didnt take kindly to this and told him off, while refraining from yelling, swearing or any of the things the employee was doing. When I called today to try to discuss the situation, the management and owner informed me that because I had left a negative review of them and they no longer wishes to deal with the situation that I should not come back.
  Don't worry, I'm not. But I am leaving this review to warn customers of their attitudes.

  We stopped in on the way home from the lake and ordered 2thin crust pizzas. After 15 minutes the female attendant handed us oyr pizzas in boxes and said unfortunately the thin crust machine broke so we could only do regular crust. She should have made us aware of the issue before giving us our pizza and asked if we would be okay with thick crust or our money back.
  Terrible communication and we were disappointed.
