  Even though I do not eat here often, I usually order the same things. Their pigtail fries are yummy to munch on and the deep fried pickles are good too. I will usually get a pulled pork dish, there could be a little bit more sauce, but you can always help yourself to more on the counter. The pork is juicy and tender. They also offer sharing platters and is good option when with a group. It's one of the bbq places that I will go back to in the future.

  So after years of not trying it we finally did. I really don't get the hype. The beans were the worst "baked" beans I've ever had. Very little beans and way to much of this cold to Luke warm tomato sauce. Beef brisket was good with their mild BBQ sauce. Nothing to come back for. Farmers sausage was tough. Tasty but really tough. We visited on a wing night apparently so we ordered some. They're smoked wings. I sure people like these but I couldn't even get over the smell to try one. We ordered garlic parm, they looked awful. My partner was super on the fence. This definitely isn't my sort of BBQ. The only good part was their BBQ sauce.

  Great for ribs. The fries by themselves are near the top of city fries. Some things are "greasy fat" but what do you expect from a pork place.

  This place is always good when I drop by. Excellent service and friendly staff. Portion size is plenty for the price. Kind of wish they served half size for half the price.
  My favorite is the beef briskets here with their free bbq sauce dispenser to dip in. Only place I know that serves them.. maybe at Famous Dave's but i never been there and not interested in trying it either. This place is good enough for my liking.
  
  Their wing nights look good too decently priced. Willing to try on my next visit!

  This is the best BBQ in Winnipeg for some, takes a close second to Famous Dave's for us. Look for their truck at fairs!
  Update 2017: I have to say that each visit here things get a little worse. Brisket seemed stale, was poorly trimmed and not tender. Maybe they are doing too much on demand business and have not adjusted, not sure. I only know that it will be a long time until I go back. Too bad
