  Possibly the worst McDonald's in the city. I went about half a dozen times only because of its convenience in location to where I work. The first time I went the place was extremely dirty and understaffed. The main priority is the drive thru and the customers eating inside have to wait at least twice as long to get their order. I would blame the manager/owner as they are extremely cheap and never around to help out. The last time I went I order a mighty angus and it was served with nothing on the burger except sauce and a bun. Where is the bacon, tomatoes, cheese, and onions ??? I brought the burger back and the cashier argued with me because I asked for pickles it meant I didn't want anything else which is petty and lazy and wrong. The cashier than brought me a box with bacon a tomato and onions 5 minutes later and my fries were cold and expected me to use my hands and place the toppings in myself. I'm decided not to ask for a refund or a new meal made properly because this situation happened 3 out of the 6 times I ordered meals. No apologies no care and meanwhile there was no ketchup at the condiments and no napkins either. Half of the tables had finished meals left on it. Again I don't blame most of the regular staff because most of them look super busy and are sometimes do the job of 2 people, I hold the managers and owner almost completely responsible. The the first time I went there a meal was messed up similar to the last experience with the mighty angus and I waited 15 minutes for it to be fixed. I decided to write a complaint on the website and was informed that my complaint was forwarded to the manager within a few business days. A month went by and than than 2 months and I got an email from the manager apologizing but the cheap ass didn't even offer me replacement meal or a few ones for the inconvenience. I still went as I mentioned it was convenient but after last time I am thru and tired of this place. Also they are so cheap that on summer days the air conditioner didn't seem to be turned on because it was a hot stinky unbreathable facility. I was told by coworkers this is a common re-occurrence. So long McDonald's Goulet, we are done!

  The handi cap stall ladies bath not working do a rlerly woman wound up wetting her pant because she was unable to stand to use other stall the manager seemed to care less said they are fixing air conditioning first

  Restaurant looks nice inside, but disappointed with it costing over $30 for 2 people to have burgers fries and a drink. Tried the build your own angus burger. Ordered the Monterey jack cheese, which added .99 cents, and the "square" of cheese was half the size of a regular thin slice. Did not cover even half of the patty. Also ordered big mac sauce and it was just a dab in the middle of the patty as well. Not very impressed for the price. We could have gone to Wendy's and had baconator meals for less than that. We will go to Wendy's or A&W from now on. Sorry.

  Washrooms are usually terrible. Today they were clean, but one stall was not only missing the latch, but the entire toilet paper holder! Nothing to warn you. Good thing I am observant!

  Young overweight white girl. You are rude, not helpful at all, and need a manager because you forgot to put a burger in my bag? Great problem solving skills. Fire everyone and start over. Clearly the management is not training employees properly. Gave them a few chances, but that rude girl is still there and acting the same. Was not just a bad day she was having. Too bad cause I went every single day for over five years for coffee and breakfast for my employees.
