  Went there for a nice lunch a month ago. We sat down at a table that had food particles all over the floor under it and around it, that's not too bad it's not like we're going to eat off the floor right? Well anyways I put my hand down on the seat to help scoot myself out to go to the washroom and once I applied pressure to my hand the seat cushion separated from the back rest and there was an old, mouldy pizza crust lodged between the cushions! GROSS! Have not eaten here since!
  
  To top it all off a few weeks before this day I went to drop off my resume and there was 3 older men who spoke to me in a voice that made me feel uncomfortable and they handed me a paper and said "fill out the questions pretty girl" because I was under 18 and he seemed like he was in his mid 30s, I left the paper, took my resume, and left! Hopefully they changed some staff members and god rid of these guys because I felt VERY uncomfortable.

  I hadn't been to Pizza Hut in over a decade but was craving their deep dish pizza so went into the Lakewood Blvd location on a Saturday around 5 pm. Though the restaurant was empty (literally me and 4 other patrons), I waited at least 45 minutes for my starter Ceasar salad and over 2 hours for my pizza, which was cold and undercooked, with a soft crust...The server had repeatedly told me that my food was coming...I wanted to send it back but I was famished so had a few pieces then left. The manager or cook or whomever took my payment apologized and said that my pizza had been sitting on the counter for a long time because staff had forgotten to bring it out to me. He did give me 10% off my bill but personally I think my discount should have been much bigger than that...It was over 3 hours from the time I stepped into the restaurant to the time I left...The prices are too high for what you get too...I think it will be another decade before I go back to Pizza Hut...

  Good food. Dont order the thing crust unless you like extremely crunchy crust.
