  Santa Lucia Pizza does not offer “free delivery”, nor do they promise a “free pizza if your order is not delivered within a certain time frame”. And that is OK, because they will without fail deliver on the promise of an outstanding product. If they commit to a delivery within 45-60 minutes, you will receive a top quality product within that time. No gimmicks, just top quality food.
  Santa Lucia Pizza on Henderson HWY is outstanding. They have never disappointed us in the past,and last night was no exception. It is clear why Santa Lucia Pizza is voted Winnipeg’s best pizza by the public, year after year.

  I just had my first worst experience ever. I have been a long time santa lucia customer. I was asked to come pick up my 2 pastas in 20 min. I arrived 20 min on the nose. They tell me 10 more minutes. So I waited in my vehicle and came in a minute before 10 min. I stood there for another 10 min...being ignored. To finally ask for my troubles could I have a bottle of pop for waiting an extra 20 min that the time I was told to be there. To which her reply was no I can't do that and my manager isn't there. I knew her manager was sitting in office as I asw him go in there. I will never eat at your restaurant again on henderson. Terrible customer service. I will be letting my friends in the community know too.
