  Good service, great coffee, but the crowd is a little scary. People strung out and sleeping at a table while we were there. Others talking out loud to themselves... left a bit of explaining for me to do to my 12 year old.

  This is a solid second cup. I walk by nearly every morning on my way to school and pick up a coffee. The staff are always quick and pleasant. The lines are short and the drinks are always solid. As far as coffee shops go this gets a 3.5/5 from me.

  Service has improved. I just wished they could keep out their pastries for a little longer in the evening before closing.
  Washrooms are in disrepair. There is nothing to dry your hands. The hand dryer has been out of order for past few years. Huge gaps in the stalls. Lack of privacy.
  
  When they do have their pastries out they are pretty good.

  I think the manager/older gentleman needs to not get so short with customers when he's feeling stressed or flustered - it translates to the customer and leaves a bad impression. He also needs to be a bit nicer to his workers.
