  Loved this place! Fantastic cocktail and wine list, fantastic menu, fantastic interior environment. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and everything about our meal went so well. Not cheap, but on par with Deer+Almond and Segovia, and the quality was exceptional. Very Manitoba feel to the menu which I appreciate. Definitely give this place a try.

  One of my favorite restaurants in the city. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic- great for date night. They can also accommodate large parties. The staff here are attentive and friendly. They offer fantastic cocktails (which are pricey, but well worth the money). My go-to' s are: smoked goldeye croquette, NY steak, and the steak tartar. Every time I go here, the dishes are ALWAYS cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place!

  The service was really really good, but the menu needs definitely an adjustment. Everything was so spicy, lots of dressing, lots of ingredients for one dish. I know that according north-american standards the clients expect more quantity than in Europe but quality is also important. The hotel is very good, high level so it is also important to offer high quality food and I did not find this kind of food in the restaurant. The pastas were made with many sauce, so you can not taste the pasta itself. The meat in the food has many additional flavours. The scrambled eggs were too oily. A soup of potato and vegetables was so spicy and so salty and so oily that you cannot even taste the natural flavours. The desserts were too sweet, dried and with tons of cream. It would be excellent to have some advisor from European cuisine to help the kitchen to produce more natural and accurate recipes without mixing so many things that destroy the concept of the original dishes. Your clients, no matter their nationalities will really appreciate it.

  Service was Excellent. Updated menu features casual fair and full featured entrees. Great selection of beer and very good cocktails. Newly updated decor has a very Canadian feel with antler-esque chandeliers and Hudson Bay-style covered banquettes. Saturday evening had a 3-piece Jazz band playing fun music fitting to the style of the room.
