  Great location! It was a great day to be out on the patio. The patio was full, but there was lots of room in the esablishment still. Very nice open concept, except that the sound echoes very much. Great place otherwise. Staff are great!

  Formerly the best Starbucks in the city, now possibly the worst. First my drink was made incorrectly with regular milk instead of soy, and then the barista added more ice because "soy blends thicker" or something like that, and all I could taste was chunks of ice and banana because my smoothie wasn't blended properly. I probably could have asked them to remake it... but I didn't want to ask a second time and by the time I'd had a sip I was halfway home and didn't want to drive back.

  I like this location of Starbucks, its definitely more quiet with a homey feeling compared to the ones on Corydon and River and Osborne. The staff are also very accommodating and very friendly. I only gave it 4 stars because I personally prefer other coffee places (for the taste of coffee) other than Starbucks, however if you like Starbucks coffee a lot, then this is a location I would recommend for you.

  Last visit was brutal. Took 20+ mins to get a beverage that was made wrong. Person making drinks wouldn't accept any help from co-workers and kept blaming them for issues.

  Usually pretty good, unfortunately today it was garbage. Took almost 20mins after ordering to get my drink made incorrectly. 5 people were a head of me and for the entire 20mins the barista refusing her co-workers attempts to assist, complained and deflected to anyone in ear shot about her co-workers not putting orders in correctly more than she moved.
