  Horrible experience. went there with coupon which said it included a side. when asking for it they said "that'd $2.50 extra. and when asking to substitute cheese with tuna (both are same price if added as extra) they charged extra although we didn't get both toppings. they try to charge extra for every little thing. So don't you dare fast because that'll cost you extra.

  The least care I have seen go into a sandwich in Winnipeg.
  
  Footlong ordered, cut into 6" halves first, never seen that before. Meat uneven & under applied (deliberately?). Picked four sauces, each was applied in four stripes (made for very sloppy & wet). Didn't even attempt to spread out vegetables, started with a heap at one end and trailed off. Didn't cut the sandwich once completed. Half closed and removed the paper before wrapping sloppily, go figure. Vegetables and sauce in the takeout bag, mess in the wrapper. Pain to eat as well.
  
  This wasn't at a peak time or with a lineup.
  
  Avoid at all costs.
  
  Didn't even bother asking for anything. The lack of care was evident & made the staff seem unapproachable.
