  We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday without a reservation. Even though there were only 2-3 tables being used in the restaurant we were told (not so politely) we would have to sit in the lounge. The tables in the lounge are tall and most chairs are just stools with no back support. We watched as people came in and were told the same thing we were by the hostess who could use a lesson in customer service. Some customers left. Very few came in with a reservation so the lounge was full but the restaurant never more than half full. When we finished and left at 6:20 we counted 6 or 7 unused tables in the restaurant so not sure why many could not have eaten in the restaurant. Our waitress was very good, food average. Extremely large portions so you leave full.
  
  In the competitive restaurant industry this place will find it tough to succeed if it is mismanaged like I witnessed and continue to employee the hostess.
