  When there are not 20 cars in line spilling onto St. Mary's it's great. Tim's is a nice quiet place to grab a coffee and treat, sit and relax with a friend. Usually very quick and friendly.

  I originally gave this Tim's 4 stars, however after about 6 months, I'm done with this place. The only reason why this location is successful, is the location. The service is terrible and the staff are poorly trained with no desire to even look you in the eye when speaking. Poorly trained staff is a direct result of terrible MANAGEMENT.
  
  Keep driving past this one, go to the next one which is likely not too far.

  It's Tim Hortons, right? But this specific one continually disappoints with me simple order for an everything bagel, extra butter. Was there extra butter? Absolutely not. This happens week after week.

  Went with two other people and they botched every order. When I sat down and noticed that ours was wrong, I saw another lady complain about her order being incorrect as well. Replace your cashiers with touch screeens and this wouldn't have been a problem.

  Good service. Never had a problem with my order. Sometimes gets very loud as it is usually busy.
