  Every time I go in the drive thru it's at least a 10 minute wait. I have given this location many tries & it is every time. I have been late for work because of this. It is in acceptable, people come to the drive thru for it to be fast.
  Also, this is the ONLY location in the city that doesn't have honey- this is a necessity for tea, I purposely don't come to this location anymore for these reasons.

  just ordered breakfast hash browns cold and the english muffin was burnt and this after waiting 15 minutes for my order asked why the cold hash browns and burnt biscuit employee said that's how it's prepared i've been to several tims ordered the same breakfast it's never been prepared like this
