  Staff is really friendly, but ordering anything other than coffee often results in mistakes and can be very inconsistent from one visit to the next. Drive through gets priority, so if you order in the restaurant, br prepared to wait.

  Second worst service I have ever had at a Tims. Went there for a simple double double, french vanilla and 2 doughnuts. Returned the coffee 3 times as one the coffee was crap with each cup and with each cup no sugar or creme had been added, thus the name double double. The employee just thought that writing DD (double double) on the cup was enough to fool me apparently. And I just gave up on it and threw it out as it tasted like warm water. Along with the the fact that they forgot about my french vanilla just sitting there for at least two minutes before i had to ask for it as I could see it sitting there. Somehow they managed to mess up a FV. Literally the easiest thing on the menu. You literally just press a button. I would know. I worked briefly at a tims. In summary, some employees are actually useful there, and to them i say thank you but to the other half. The would be better sitting in the corner not getting in the way.

  Nothing worth complaining about, sometimes it's a little slow and sometimes orders get mixed up but not every place is perfect and people need to understand fast food chains more thoroughly than expecting their sandwich be made in one minute. Keep up the good work!
