  Went in and ordered an iced coffee with a shot of caramel as a celebration right after being accepted into University with my mom. She had ordered an iced capp with no caramel. When I received my beverage it was pretty clear there was no caramel in it and he had mixed up the drinks so i had spoken with a manager about it and he claimed he had put it in the right one. He didn't offer me a shot of caramel to make up for it or a refund. As a restaurant worker myself i am pretty dissapointed and shocked that he would tell me off like that.

  Coffee is good! Staff behaves as though someone forced them to work! Coffee is a staple for a lot of people out there, try to make those few seconds of contact nice and it also adds a sense of accomplishment to your job at Tim's.

  Good donut selection usually. The coffee quality is consistent and good. Service is usually good. Washrooms are often out of order.

  You sometimes get attitude from people who work there, but hey man, give them a break, it's not exactly the most laid back job in the world. Sometimes they can get quite busy, but the place is nice, and the scenery is beautiful. You get a nice view of the mall and everything, while you're drinking (what I believe to be) one of the tastiest caffeinated beverages this great nation has to offer.
