  If there's more than one person in line, you have to simply take what they give you.. NOT what you actually order.. i tell them constantly NOT to put sugar in my coffee, even explained that i'm diabetic, they often put about a pound of sugar in anyway, so i have to dump my coffee out or risk a coma!!! Not going back until they hire staff that actually understands english

  When we entered the restaurant, the floor was soaking wet from an employee doing a horrible job at mopping. Many of the tables have litter on them. Ordered a chicken salad on a croissant - this is how they served it to us; without even the slightest aknowledgement that they just served us the messiest sandwich ever. They basically just pretended not to notice it was messy. And it wasn't even busy. We were the only ones in line.

  I ordered a sandwich and waited on the side like I was told then someone behind the counter asked what I was waiting for. They seemed to be confused or just lazy. Couldn't tell. Not like it was busy. Nobody was in front or behind me.
