  Interesting place. Prices are cheap, I guess that's why you have to bring them your order on a sheet of paper and get yiur beverage from the cooler. And for 3 people, they give you 2 glasses of water. Food was good, service sucked big time.

  Vi An Restaurant is one of the best place in Winnipeg. I always go there with my family. We really love their food. The place is nice. If you are looking for good and affordable food, you should visit this place. All the staff are very approachable and friendly. Their BBQ Duck soup with Egg or with Rice noodle is the best in Winnipeg!! It is far better in Many Chinese Restaurants we had tried. The portion is very big and it will make you full. Very highly recommendable!

  Favourite Place for Pho! Comes out steaming hot and delicious. Warmed me through the cold winter months. Definitely worth a visit
