  The last few times the French fries were over cooked. When I asked for salt and ketchup I never received it. They should pay more attention to what the customer is ordering specially in the drive through. The last 2 times I was in the men's room the toilet was plugged and floor was covered in paper. Don't use this A & W.

  Was at drive thru today, the lid on my drink was not put on properly and spilt on my interior of my car. I received no napkins, when I paid for my order with interact the cashier made Wait with the interact machine in my hand for at least 2 minutes before she took it back. And to top it off my burger was cold. This is not what would expect from a&w franchise. This will be my last visit to this location. I'll will make sure that I tell my friends and neighbours not to frequent this restaurant .
