  I went there last night, one hour before they closed. The food court was empty and there wasn't a line up. I ordered the Craft burger and a poutine. It took them 10 minutes to complete the order. The food itself was subpar. The burger tasted like a thawed previously frozen patty and the lettuce was bright yellow. Overall, a tasteless burger. The poutine tasted bland, which I didn't mind, because I don't like my poutines to be overly salty. The pricing was ridiculously expensive...if you're going to charge those prices the quality of the food should reflect that.

  I got a mushroom mozzarella​ melt burger with Onion rings and a drink, it was $15.26, when I paid $15.25, the girl asked for the penny. The burger meat was bland, no detectable seasoning. The Onion rings were dry and burnt. I will not be back. If you want to spend a lot on a burger, go across the street to fat burger or 5 guys.

  Ate there yesterday, ordered the Big Smoke burger and a chocolate shake - the burger was, honestly, one of the best tasting burgers I've ever eaten, very tasty. I was hoping they'd be on skipthedishes so I could be a lazy person and just order it but no luck :) I don't know if they've read the previous reviews and shaped up since? But the service was great, food was amazing, I can't wait to go back. I wouldn't let previous reviews stop you from trying this place at least once, you have to give a new business a chance to fix it's errors.

  There is not taste to the burger, I would say MC Ronald burger would be better then this. Very price and the fries are just tasteless.

  I ordered a big burger with tomato, mayo & onion plus fry/rings. The burger was wrapped up but there was a long wait to get the "fry/rings" so the burger was getting cold. When I opened my burger it had hot peppers, lettuce, pickle and ketchup. The fry/rings was just onion rings. How can so many people make such blunders? Told the manager, all he said was a weak "sorry". Not going back.
