  Went here for brunch with my Mum. Food was decent. Coffee was not included in the $16.99 brunch buffet, despite being brought up as soon as we sat down. Nice atmosphere, parking in back, nice staff.

  My wife and i have gone lots of time here for brunches and dinner. I have never been required to give a credit card to reserve a table. I just tried to make a reservation for fathers day tommorow. They said they required a credit card to make a reservation. That is absolutely ridiculous. I could understand if i was reserving for a large grp but was only for 2 adults and a baby. I have been to many high end restaurants and have never been asked or required to give a credit card to reserve a table. I will be finding a different restaurant to give my business

  Was there celebrating my wife's promotion two weeks ago and we were extremely well treated, the food was incredible and we had a blast trying some new drinks.

  I like the ambience of this place and I like the outdoor patio in the Summer. The wait staff are always upbeat and helpful. However. this past Friday at lunch time, my partner and I met up with 3 friends at Bucco's. We all ordered individual pizzas despite the fact that there was a "buffet" going on. They must make a lot of money off of the buffets as that seems to be their focus. Ordering off of the menu (and not going to the buffet) seems like an inconvenience to them. I realize that they are working hard in the kitchen to make these buffets. However, other people are ordering off of the menu and expect good food as well. The pizzas were totally over-cooked. To say that the crust was crispy would be an understatement. The manager who brought these pizzas out of the kitchen knew that they were over-cooked. It was not a mystery. Has no one ever heard of timers? You can get them at Canadian Tire for $7.00. Buy a few of them and when they ring, it's time to pull the pizzas out of the oven or stir the noodles or flip over the pork chop. Just sayin'.
