  Went there 2x and both visits were truly amazing, i was well assisted not knowing what blizzard cake to get they took time to make sure i would get what im looking for.

  Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes for 2 royal strawberry cheesecake blizzards only to pay for them then be handed 2 cups of soup. Must have been made asap and sat in the hot restaurant for 20 minutes melting to nothing...will not use the drive thru again.

  The first time I visited thru drive thru - I was given two pecan mudslides that were soup on the top. When I called to complain the manager - john - stated that the reason they were soup on top was due to the hot fudge topping. I have always had pecan mudslides from the north gate DQ and never had the top layer as soup maybe melted a little but not soup.
  Figured I would give the new north gate DQ a chance and went into the store and ordered 2 pecan mudslides when I received them they only had Carmel sauce - when I told the worker it should have chocolate sauce - he said not the way he was shown. So I asked to see the manager, John came over and I explained that there was no chocolate ( fudge) sauce in the mudslide and he informed me that he trained all his staff and there was only Carmel on a pecan mudslide( not a mudslide if no mud). I told him that he was wrong and it should include chocolate (fudge) sauce and requested my money back and he said they would put chocolate on the ones already made. Sorry does not cut it since it should have fudge sauce in each layer. The manager requires further training in how to be a manager and the DQ products he is to be selling since his establishment does not represent DQ very well.
