  Drove up to order, the lady asked for our order. Then completely ignores us and takes the orders of two other cars that pulled up after us. In The end she asked us for our order again and then try's to sell us on something else.

  Staff got my order wrong. Had to repeat myself 3x before they got it right. Otherwise the food was good.

  Horrible location. I have complained twice, both times my double double tasted like syrup, the manager informed me the sugar machine was broken, good grief is it that complicated, 2 teasspoons.

  Stood in line early in morning and 3 of them standing there doing nothing except talking. Place was a mess tables not cleaned. Had to ask for someone to take my order and when finally ordered the manager threw my sandwich at me. Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Not friendly like the others.

  They were not able to make the grilled cheese I asked for; as a whole group of them stood around discussing how to add egg to my sandwich. I don't understand why this is so complicated. No one offered any solutions for me and told me it could not be done. Meanwhile I order this concoction at every single timmies I've ever gone too including this one more than once. In the end I left with no food very frustrated and hungry still. A waste of time for me. Thanks for nothing guys.
