    Best Chinese in Winnipeg. We always order from here. All the staples are a go: Egg rolls, Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Ginger Beef, Lemon Chicken, Mixed Vegetables, ... Have been ordering takeout from here since '98. Highly recommend it.
