  I only go here because of the location to my work. Service is terrible. Just yesterday, I order a Bagel bacon and egger meal and I was waiting for at least 5 minutes after ordering until they said they didn't have plain bagels and then insisted they would give me a whole wheat instead (bleh). I declined and said I would just like an English muffin bacon and egger. She looked at me like I was an alien and she kept saying she was getting the people to make me a whole wheat bagel for my sandwich. I kept declining and she kept saying she couldn't hear me or couldn't understand what I was saying. The English muffin bacon and egger costs a bit less than the bagel so I wanted them to refund me the difference. The girl was about to get defensive and then she huffed and puffed to the till and it took a good 5 minutes for them to figure out how to do that. She had to refund me all of what I paid and then charge me again for the new meal. Like, really? I know it sounds like such a first world problem, but I was running on no sleep and wasn't in the mood for the bs. This has been a consistent problem and I always ask myself how bad I really want anything from there before I decide to take my chances with their service.

  Quick, good service, lots of seating, very clean. Very busy during the lunch rush, so if you can get there before noon or after 2, you won't need to wait long.

  I only ordered large fries and a large tea, the "large" fries were basically a large order of salt with a few fries on the side, most of them were the little bottom pieces that are like an inch tall at best and completely burnt... I went back for ketchup since none was given in the bag and was ignored for a good 5 minutes before i just gave up and ate the salt plain. the tea was good, but then again i guess it doesnt take much to put water in a cup.
