  Absoulutely horrible!!! Never again!!! My daughter accidently parked in the wrong spot behind this location on portage and valour. She got boxed in, so she went to go inside to ask if someone could move their car - which someone did. It was then she realized that she locked the keys in the car. When I got there, i realized i grabbed the wrong keys myself, so I said to my daughter " if someone hadn't boxed you in, this wouldn't have happened" . Would you believe the response i got from a delivery guy - who was of asian decent - was this : " This is a delivery car spot only and we need to get out you little bitches" Of all the nerve. I went into the building and talked to a female worker who said she was the manager and explained my story. She then went in back and another person came out. A male. I explained what happened in the parking lot, and his words were "well that happened outside, so I don't know what was said. " As a paying customer, this is how my daughter and I were treated!! No appology, nothing. I explained that as a paying customer we should not be treated that way, by him or his driver and then he told me I had to wait for the driver to come back so I could talk to the driver myself. Some customer service you have at this location!!!
