  Ordered online. Call ahead to be told order ready at 407pm. Arrived at 420pm. Order not ready. They then told me they forgot to put in one of the large pizzas which was sitting uncooked to the side. Another 10 minute wait. Nothing offered to compensate me.
  
  Do yourself a favour. By pizza at Superstore and cook it yourself.

  I ordered a Pizza Online but there were a couple problems trying to order, but eventually we were able to get it working. We picked up our order soon after and it was very good pizza.

  We picked up pizza Monday May 1st around 4:30pm. The girl who was working at the counter (blonde hair in a pony tail) just stood there and stared at us; no smile, no hello, nothing. I told her I was there to pick up my pizza. She asked what my name was and I told her that I ordered it under my phone number and not my name. She then became visibly annoyed and started speaking to me as if I was stupid. I thanked her for the pizza and she just turned and walked away with a scowl on her face. I have never been treated so poorly. My day was spoiled after this interaction. As long as that unpleasant girl is working, I will not return.

  Called in to make an order and the blonde women who works there answered (recognized her tone of voice from recent poor service). Very rude. I asked if they deliver to my house because there's closer locations to me than theirs. She looked my address up and said she'd have to transfer me to a closer location. I called this location because they can add extras on pizones since they're a restaurant. I tried telling her I would just pick it up. She cut me off rudely saying " IF YOU WOULD JUST LISSSSTTEENNN I HAVE TO TRANSFER YOU TO ANOTHER LOCATION". This women is clearly a problem and hates her job. I decided to not order because I don't trust her with my food.
