  Food is just passable, usually. The quality is only exceptional late at night before closing or during lunch just after the rush, when they still have to make their food all hot and fresh. Other than that, expect lukewarm food hastily prepared with no passion from millennial employees.
  
  Worst part about this place is hands down the music. Always loud. Always some new age hip hop dance techno rap junk. Not even anything good in those genres either. Trust me, the music genre doesn't bother me, just the songs that they choose to play.
  
  Typically A&W has more Blues/classic rock/Jazz. Chill 50's music, and not overbearing in volume. Not this place. Avoid. There's better A&W's in the city.

  Enployees saying they were "Supervisors" were extremely rude. Hung up on me I was still talking and refused to correct my order that they didn't get correct. We had missing items and they said there's nothing they can do about it.

  Food was hot, quickly prepared , and delicious but the lobby could've been a lot more sanitary.. tables were sticky
