  It's like just about any other Superstore. Good selection of pretty much everything. Lots of household things, bulk section, good seafood, great health conscious food section.

  A lot of empty shelves when I went, and didn't have as good of a selection as Safeway. Clean, and has all the basic groceries you would want.

  Cost conscious and a great rewards program. As always produce could br better but if you're willing to pick each item you'll be fine. Love that there's a tiny liquor commission inside.

  Some staff don't know their product.
  I called asking for Low Carb Bread and the response I got back was, "Yeah, you gotta come in and read the labels."
  Sorry but I'm 100km away looking for a special order, thanks for nothing.
