This is one of my favorite sushi restaurants I have ever visited. It is a little pricey, and occasionally you can get slow wait-staff, but I have also had an amazing waitress that was fantastic with my toddler. She was careful to keep all sharp objects and hot plates out of my daughter's reach, and was very courteous.
We have also had it delivered to our home, and the delivery was surprisingly fast.
Also - The Winni Roll is absolutely fantastic! I don't typically order warm sushi, but this one is amazing.

Service was friendly but a bit slow. Food was tasty and fresh but pricey for the quantity and size you receive. Overall decent experience, would recommend if you don't have many options.

The Sushi is awesome! They have us the wrong pick up order, when we went back to exchange it they were very apologetic and compensated us with some complementry goodies. A class act and our go to for sushi in Tcona!

Come for lunch and get a bento box. Besides that it is not worth it. I've gone to asoyama on Kenaston many times but this one is not comparable (been here once for lunch and once for dinner). Ordered the chirashi donburi bowl, 3 rolls, and a Korean beef dish. 6 pieces of fish, almost paper thin were on the donburi bowl for $15...rolls were good but rice was falling apart. The Korean beef dish with an egg on top had all of 2 teaspoons of boiled ground beef and a huge bed of rice. Overall, too overpriced for what you get.

    8pm on a Monday Night (April 24, 2017).

    Read on ....

The place was empty with no other diners until we were leaving around 9:15pm.

Waitress said to sit wherever we pleased, we chose a spot and as we are sitting she asks us to move to another table instead. We agree, although I personally don't see an issue considering every single table was empty. After we placed our order, she had returned to let us know they had run out of Toro Nigiri, but instead of removing it from my bill you can see in the photo she charged me anyway. That order should have been removed from the bill or not even punched in at all. Bad waitress considering she had nothing to do and nobody else to look after and she could have easily removed it after she told me they ran out. Really disappointed.

    Ordered -

Shrimp Tempura ($12.95) - Do not waste your money. They batter was not crispy, the shrimp was soggy and gel like. Had no flavour to it. The dipping sauce didn't help it.

Salmon Bakudan ( $5.95) - Just a big roll stuffed with tempura crumbs and salmon the width size of half a dime. Dinky. Will not order this again. And do not order this at all.

Golden Dragon ($14.95) - Big roll. Really saucy. Only problem is the sauce isn't that great. Didn't do much for me.

Scorpion ($15.95) - This roll was decent. It actually tasted not that bad. Not the greatest "special roll" I've had, but If you're going to order anything that I had tonight then let it be this.. This is the only reason why gave the 1 Star. The only saving grace to the meal.

Overall there are better sushi restaurants in the city. If I do come back , I would skip sushi altogether and try their Korean dishes. Maybe those are better and that's why they got a 3.5 star rating at the time of my dine night?

If you're looking for sushi, I would not recommend this restaurant.. I just don't think the quality and flavour is there.
