  Everything is done with these electronic kiosks now, but I notice the prices haven't come down any with the reduction in staff. Pure greed. .

  This mc donalds is aweful they made us wait over 9 minutes for our food after we ordered it and served 5 people in the drive threw so I asked for free food because of the wait and the acting supervisor said no def not so I called three days in a row about 10 times each and no answer then finally I got ahold of the supervisor and she said she was gonna talk to the girl working and to call back. Well I've called back about 40 times in the past week and no answer. This mc ds is horrible a complete gong show

  It's McDonald's. If it is hot and fresh it is usually good. If it is warm and I'm in a hurry I will eat it. Today I was in a hurry.

  It is not that they are slow, it looks like they dont care when you ordering at counter. I only ordered just 1 happy meal, not a busy night, im the only one in the line, took a while before i got my order. Waiting more than 20 minutes for a happy meal is a unhappy meal! They giving much priority for the drive thru, it should be equal!
